about

Recorded in the Winter of 2012. Sources included reel-to-reel tape, cassette tape and electronics. Field recordings on hand held cassette recorder. Reel-to-reel's included pre-recorded sessions from 2003. Live recording of said tapes 2012. Sounds routed through amps and then recorded onto cassette tape. Cassette tapes then ran through electroniks. And as such. Loops. Over loops over loops. Fed into the jaws of reel to reel. then played back into amps. Fed over tapes. Recorded via handheld Panasonic cassette recorder.

It was a cold winter. We had a blizzard. It was amazing. I placed several recording devices outside. And all of them froze up.
